things to do

Keep Calm and

As featured on HGTV's "Income Property: On Vacation" with Scott McGillivray

rice lake.

We are located in the heart of Northumberland, where the pace is slow and we like it that way.

The cottage is really a place for family and friends to gather. Watch the sunset from the private boathouse deck, catch a fish from the dock or wave at the boats headed for the Trent River.

There's so much to do:

  • Relax
  • Fish
  • Swim
  • Sunbathe
  • Read
  • Write (Astrid's personal fave)
  • Nature watch
  • Hike
  • Cycling
  • Paddle boat
  • Kayak
  • Canoe
  • Paddle board
  • Campfires
  • DVD/Blu-Ray player with a selection of movies to watch
  • Board games (Cards Against Humanity, Monopoly, Sorry, Trouble, Twister, Scrabble, etc.)

It's all about unwinding and unplugging here.
